AWARE Hair LLC ("AWARE," "we," "us," or "our") offers a limited warranty for our products purchased in the United States.
Limited Warranty
We warrant that our products will be free from material defects in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship under normal use for three (3) months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from AWARE or our authorized sellers.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (e.g., dents, scratches)
- Damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling
- Products not purchased from an authorized seller
Remedy
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Refund the purchase price
- Replace the defective product with an identical or comparable product
Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, contact us at support@awarehair.com. Provide a valid proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We may request additional information or ask for the product to be returned for inspection.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
