Shipping

Standard Shipping

• Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
• Cost: Complimentary 

Express Shipping

• Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
• Cost: Calculated at checkout

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Los Angeles warehouse.
• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
• Orders for Express Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 2:00 PM PST on a business day. 
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. 

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship within the contiguous United States.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns

Return Policy

• We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
• Products must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@awarehair.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
