Shipping

Processing Time

Orders ship from Pasadena, California, within 2-4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays, so an order placed on a weekend or holiday begins processing on the next business day.

We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Within the United States

• Standard Shipping: complimentary on orders of $25 or more, and $10 on orders under $25. Delivery takes 3-7 business days after your order ships.
• Express Shipping: $15 flat rate. Delivery takes 1-3 business days after your order ships.

Standard and Express Shipping are available to addresses anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries outside the United States. International rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout, and delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after your order ships, depending on the destination.

Duties, taxes and customs fees are the customer's responsibility. Complimentary shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside the United States.

Returns

Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be returned to where they were purchased. If you bought from a salon, return the item to that salon. If you bought on awarehair.com, return it to us.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged:

• Stainless Steel Meridian Scalp Gua Sha

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If any item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, including a final sale item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@awarehair.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original and place a new order.
